San Roque Debris Basin Outlet Repair

The San Roque Debris Basin, constructed in 1964 following the Coyote Fire, is an aging flood control facility and a total barrier to steelhead migration. The culvert pipe running through the existing dam embankment is damaged and not functioning from previous years of intense storms.
