Oroville Dam FCO Radial Gate Seismic Retrofit (OM-OFD-2026-002)

Department of Water Resources DWR and Contractor will repair and retrofit all 8 radial gates at the Oroville Dam Flood Control Outlet FCO to meet seismic criteria. Gate arms are to be reinforced with carbon fiber reinforced polymer, then grouted and skin plate coatings will be re-coated.
