Description
The purpose of this project is to issue a right-of-entry ROE permit to the US Bureau of Reclamations USBOR to access Brannan Island State Recreation Area to assess a site for developing a fish release site in the park. All work conducted in association with the ROE permit will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code.
