Notice of Exemption As part of the California Stream Gage Improvement Program, the California Department of Water Resources has executed a contract with the Corning Sub-basin Groundwater Sustainability Agency to install one stream gage on Glenn Colusa Irrigation District GCID property where the GCID Canal siphons under Stony Creek, near Hamilton City.
