SLVWD Water Storage Tanks Recoating

The project consists of the rehabilitation of six above ground water storage tanks ranging from 75,000 to 721,000 gallons capacity in the unincorporated communities of Boulder Creek, Ben Lomond, and Felton. The tanks require recoating to extend their service life. The tank recoating process includes sampling and testing the existing coatings, removal of interior coatings, rewelding damaged metal surfaces, and recoating interior and exterior surfaces.
