Install pumping unit on well. Install portable tank to produce into. Install temporary flowline to temporary tank. Mobilize production rig. Plug well back with cement from 2085'-1100'. Perforate well in 7 stages stages in select intervals between 1011-130. Install tubing, pump and rods in wellbore. Test for for water sample at each interval.
