Description
The proposed project consists of rehabilitating and repaving the existing roadway along Emerson Street between the intersections of Olympic Drive and Turner Avenue. All work will occur within the existing improved roadway. Roadway rehabilitation will be completed using Full Depth Reclamation FDR, an in-place pavement recycling method.
