Description
The Napa County Regional Climate Action and Adaptation Plan is a countywide collaboration between Napa County and the cities of American Canyon, Calistoga, Napa, and St. Helena, and the Town of Yountville. The plan aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions across Napa County by addressing emissions from vehicle travel, electricity use, natural gas consumption, and other local sources, and to increase resilience to climate change impacts.
