The Project proposes a 76-unit affordable multi-family apartment community with nine two-story garden-style residential buildings, shared laundry facilities, and a central community building containing property management offices, a multipurpose room with kitchen, computer area, restrooms, and maintenance space. The site includes 100 parking spaces 76 covered carports, outdoor amenities, and landscaped open space.
