The project consists of a new Sheriff's Wireless License for use of one Interior Radio Vault Rack Space and space for one omni antenna mounted at the 39-foot level of the existing radio tower on a spider mount at the existing Palomar Mountain Communications Facility for the Valley Center Municipal Water District.
