The project consists of improvement along multiple right-of-way segments within the northern area of the City of Glendale bounded by Emanual Drive south, La Crescenta Avenue east, Lowell Avenue west and Sky Ridge Road north. The scope of work improvements to these right-of-way corridors include include street resurfacing to rehabilitate existing pavement that has deteriorated beyond the scope of routine maintenance.
