North Park Bypass Overlay

Caltrans proposes a project that will consist of an 0.08' RHMA-Gap Graded Bonded Wearing Course overlay, reconstructing guardrail, replacing existing rumble strips, replacing asphalt concrete dike, placing new shoulder backing, and replacing high friction surface treatment.
