The California Department of Fish and Wildlife CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-TRI-48813-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Koyising Yang. This project is limited to the improvement of a spillway of a man-mad pond on an ephemeral stream, which is an unnamed tributary of Hayfork Creek.
