Retail sales of commercial cannabis products under State and local law. Environmentally benign infill project consistent with the General Plan, Zoning requirements and consistent with the criteria for a Class 1 & Class 32 Categorical Exemption pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 & 15332 and does not require further analysis based on the exceptions in CEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2, and thus, DCR finds that no further CEQA analysis is required.
