Big Chico Overlay

The California Department of Transportation Caltrans, using state funding, is proposing to perform a 0.10’ overlay with isolated digouts. Pavement mill and fill will occur at begin and end conforms. Guardrail will be removed and replaced as needed and shoulders will be backed to standard. All work will be performed within the existing roadway prism and no work will be performed on bridge decks.
