Interstate 5/El Toro Road Interchange Project

The project proposes to modify and improve the existing interchange between post miles PMs 17.8 and 19.7 within the cities of Lake Forest, Laguna Woods, and Laguna Hills in Orange County, California. The Project limits on Interstate 5 extend from approximately 0.2 mile south of the Los Alisos Boulevard overcrossing PM 17.8 to approximately 0.2 mile south of the Lake Forest Drive overcrossing PM 19.7, a distance of approximately 1.9 miles.
