GIC Vernon LLC is applying to the California Energy Commission CEC for a Small Power Plant Exemption SPPE for the Vernon Backup Generating Facility VBGF, a 99 MW emergency only power system that will support the Goodman Energy Park GEP data center in the City of Vernon.
