Harbor-UCLA Replacement Program - Construction Change Order

On July 21, 2026, the Board adopted two change orders for the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center Replacement Program. The approved change orders include design and construction of an auxiliary generator yard at Surface Lot 2 and the utility ductbank and the bridge connecting the new Central Utility Plant to the Surgery/Emergency Building.
