Windsor Cove Project

A General Development Plan Amendment, Large Lot Tentative Subdivision Map and Small Lot Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide the Windsor Cove property ~90 acres. The project encompasses 165 single-family residential lots and 33 acres of open space and parks. It was determined that the project is consistent with the Village 5 Specific Plan EIR SCH 2014052071 pursuant to Section 15182 and that no further analysis is required under Section 15162 of the CEQA Guidelines.
