West Valley College PE/Wellness Building

The District proposes to construct a new 99,000 square foot Wellness Facility including a new gym and other fitness and health facilities, and 44 parking spaces. The new building would be located on an existing track and field site. The project is intended to serve to address the facility needs identified in the Facilities Master Plan and provide the desired community and student recreational and wellness amenities.
