Replacement of the approximately 1-mile long NCI Reach 5 pipeline through Aliso Canyon by a combination of open trench, horizontal directional drilling installation, and slip lining from Coast Highway to the South Orange County Wastewater Authority SOCWA Coastal Treatment Plant.
