Manifold Modification – Harbor Development Permit No. 26-032

Relocate three subterranean 24-inch discharge pipes and a portion of the 42-inch pipe manifold to above ground, connecting to the existing 42-inch outfall pipe. The project includes a geotechnical investigation involving two 2 borings to characterize subsurface conditions and support the structural design of the concrete footing, pipe supports, and relocated manifold.
