Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Southern California Edison SCE to replace two deteriorated transmission poles within Caltrans right-of-way along eastbound EB State Route SR 118 in the City of Somis, Ventura County. The existing 75-foot Class 1 wood pole at post mile PM 8.69 will be replaced with a new 75-foot Class H1 lightweight steel pole LSP.
