Sertich Grading Permit (GRAD2023-00078/ CEQA2023-00133)

A request for a Major Grading Permit GRAD2023-00078 to allow for the construction of building pads, driveway, and four retaining walls 1,050 LF. The proposed project will disturb approximately 0.872 acres of the 20.71-acre parcel, including 2,530 cubic-yards of cut and fill. The proposed parcel is within the Rural Lands land use category and is located at 510 Bella Terra Court, in the San Luis Bay Inland Sub Area South of the South County Planning Area.
