Modification proceedings to add additional Conditions of Approval for Use Permit No. UP-3009 No. PA- 2200053

Conditional Use Permit Modification application to modify Use Permit No. UP-3009 for the Manteca Sportsmen Club to ensure that the gun range and related activities do not pose a danger to attendees and the public. Two new Conditions of Approval are proposed, including a requirement for 14 safety canopies at the rifle range to prevent projectiles from going over the levee and a requirement for a certified range master to be on-site during gun range operations.
