Wickersham Grading Permit (GRAD2022-00020/ CEQA2023-00184)

A request for a Major Grading Permit GRAD2022-00020 to allow for the construction of three building pads SFR, pool house, and pool, along with a driveway and utilities. The proposed project will disturb approximately 1.93 acres of the 21.25-acre parcel, including 9,400 cubic-yards of cut and fill. The proposed parcel is within the Rural Lands land use category and is located at 605 Spanish Springs Drive, in the San Luis Bay Inland Sub Area South of the South County Planning Area.
