North Broadway Pipeline Relocation Project

The Valley Center Municipal Water District District is proposing to abandon an existing segment of 10-inch water main that runs north/south from North Broadway, approximately 300 feet south of Paseo Del Norte, south to Kellrae Lane if extended. With abandonment of the existing pipeline, the project would install a new 12-inch water main located within Kellrae Lane at the termination of the segment to be abandoned.
