Description
The project proposes to develop an approximately 20-acre community park utilizing the Multibenefit Land Repurposing Program funds. The park is to be comprised of perimeter walking trails, ADA-compliant paths, native habitat plantings, non-irrigated cover cropping areas, installation of irrigation infrastructure for native vegetation establishment if needed, basic utility connections, and surface water management features.
