Description
The project would demolish all 13 existing occupied office buildings on-site totaling approximately 49,088 square feet, and construct two new six story buildings one mixed use and one residential totaling approximately 923,224 square feet and containing up to a total of 430 residential units and approximately 2,074 square feet of ground floor retail uses in two phases. The public would also construct two new emergency vehicle access roads and a basketball court in Bell Street Park.
