The California Department of Fish and Wildlife CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SAC-64369-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Granite Construction Company. The project is limited to the surface mining of a 38.65-acre parcel Phase 2B of the Vineyard South Mine.
