Residual Management System (RMS) for the Lower Heron Tanks 1 and 2

Lower Heron 1 and 2 are both 2.5-million-gallon storage tanks which were constructed in 1998. A long-term solution to address water quality challenges would involve constructing of a residual management system RMS with onsite hypochlorite generation at this location.
