Description
The City of Holtville completed pedestrian improvements along the identified right-of-way on Ninth Street between Webb Avenue and Oak Avenue. CMAQ funds were awarded for the project which requires the City to have site control of the identified right-of-way for maintenance purposes. Only the right-of-way is proposed for annexation.
