The 2026 Slurry Seal Program Project consists of slurry sealing approximately 9 miles of existing County roads within unincorporated communities in Tulare County, including road segments in or near South Visalia Area, Ivanhoe, North/South Porterville Area, Springville, Pixley, and Strathmore. The work would occur on existing paved roadways, including road segments within subdivisions with curb and gutter.
