Bureau of Street Lighting of the City of Los Angeles proposes installation of fiber optic cables on Hill St. underpass below the Interstate 10 at post-mile PM 15.42 in Los Angeles County for the Middle Mile Broadband Network miles through horizontal directional drilling method. There are two boring pits within Caltrans right-of-way. Maximum depth of excavation is six feet.
