Description
The California Department of Transportation Caltrans is planning an overlay project on various onramps in Merced, San Joaquin and Stanislaus counties. The project proposes to mill and fill from edge of pavement EP to EP with Hot Mix Asphalt HMA overlay. Dig-outs will be performed into the existing asphalt concrete by cold planning.
