Pierce Grading Permit (GRAD2023-00198 / CEQA2024-00005)

A request for a Major Grading Permit GRAD2023-00198 to allow for the construction of a 447 feet retaining wall. The proposed project will disturb approximately 0.92 acres of the 20.03-acre parcel, including 4,030 cubic-yards of cut and fill. The proposed parcel is within the Rural Lands land use category and is located at 570 Spanish Springs Drive, in the San Luis Bay Inland Sub Area South of the South County Planning Area.
