Hannah Grading Permit (GRAD2022-00127/ CEQA2024-00031)

A request for a Major Grading Permit GRAD2022-00127 to allow for the construction of an SFD pad, driveway, and guesthouse with five retaining walls 169 LF total. The proposed project will disturb approximately 0.94 acres of the 20.57-acre parcel, including 2,050 cubic-yards of cut and fill. The proposed parcel is within the Rural Lands land use category and is located at 550 Spanish Springs Drive, in the San Luis Bay Inland Sub Area South of the South County Planning Area.
