Description
Rehabilitate approximately 21,000 square feet of the existing asphalt concrete pavement by cold plane grinding the existing surface to a depth of 0.17 foot 2-inches, and constructing a 2-inch 0.17 overlay of fiber-reinforced hot mix asphalt FRMA. Construct repairs up to a 4-inch maximum depth at limited locations of about 500 square feet. Project benefits DSPUD customers.
