07-0Y980 Highway Maintenance Culvert Lining Project

Caltrans is proposing a highway maintenance project to install culvert lining along Routes 23, 33, and 101 at various locations within Ventura County. The proposed project will improve safety by restoring culvert health and preventing structural deterioration of the culverts which will prevent ponding, flooding, and erosion.
