The Project Sponsor, SPHERE Institute, for the Bay Rise Park Project Project at 410 Airport Boulevard, is proposing to redevelop approximately 10.2 acres 9.4 acres on land and 0.83 acre in Sanchez Channel that is currently vacant and undeveloped, other than a Federal Aviation Administration FAA tower, an unimproved portion of the San Francisco Bay Trail Bay Trail along the bay side of the site, and two substandard parking surfaces.
