City of Santee Land Use Element Update Program Environmental Impact Report

On 7/8/26 by Resolution 078-2026, the Santee City Council certified the Final Program EIR for the Land Use Element Update and associated MMRP, Findings of Fact and Statement of Overriding Considerations SOC. Upon adoption, the City’s Land Use Element Update will guide development in Santee over a 20-year planning period, with a horizon year of 2045.
