L Street Pathway to Transit Phase II

The project aims to enhance pedestrian and bicyclist infrastructure along L Street, between 9th Street and Sycamore Drive in the City of Antioch, connecting to multimodal improvements from a previous phase. The project will involve widening the roadway between 10th Street and Sycamore Drive, re-striping to accommodate multimodal facilities, and constructing retaining walls to minimize impacts to Union Pacific Railroad UPRR structures and the Contra Costa County Fairgrounds property.
