Description

The Project objective is to restore approximately 114 acres of mountain meadow habitat in the Sacramento Headwaters watershed. Project activities include removal of conifers encroaching in the meadow footprint and installation of low-tech process-based structures designed to reconnect channels and floodplains to help increase the potential for groundwater storage.
