Description
The California Department of Transportation Caltrans proposes the HM 4 Safety: Run Off Road Prevention Project, which is designed to reduce run off road collisions and improve roadway safety through targeted operational and pavement enhancements. The proposed work includes installing high friction surface treatments HFST, upgrading existing signage, enhancing pavement markings, constructing new crosswalks, and rehabilitating roadway striping.
