Description
The proposed Project involves the paving of nine 9 dirt or partially paved existing alley segments to meet Air District requirements. All alley paving will be done within existing City right-of-way. Existing dirt surfaces will be graded, and a layer of asphalt will follow. Existing utility boxes will be raised to grade.
