The project consists of expanding the Fresno County Waterworks District 41 SOI to formally include 1,008 acres into the districts SOI. The SOI's expansion will add CSA 31 zones C, D, F, and G into the SOI. This CSA zone area current receiving services and adding them will help the admirative process of the district.
