Description
The City of Redding is entering into a reimbursement agreement with CHYBA for the construction of a 10-foot sidewalk along the CHYBA frontage. The City will reimburse the costs for the construction of the 10-foot-wide sidewalk that would otherwise be completed at a later date with the VCAT project. Timely construction of the sidewalk will provide a public benefit.
