Description
The project consists of the lease amendment with City of San Marcos to extend the existing lease term for continued use of 4,701 square feet of office space for the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office North County Gang Task Force within an existing office building. The updated lease will provide for second and third option to extension periods of five year each. There are no improvements proposed as part of this project.
