Enforcement No. 2021-15573 – Notice to Proceed with Compliance Plan and Schedule (Plan) for Manhole Removal

Approval and implementation of a Plan for Enforcement Case No. 2021-15573 to remedy an unauthorized manhole. Implementation of the Plan will: 1 capping of eight 8 duct knockouts using hydraulic cement, 2 removal and backfill of an 11-foot-deep manhole using an approved Controlled Low Strength Material up to 8-feet and removal of the upper 3-foot manhole neck and native soil for the remaining 3-feet section, and 3 restore the levee to Title 23 standards as shown in the Plan
