Frantz Grading Permit (GRAD2024-00049/ CEQA2024-00069)

A request for a Major Grading Permit GRAD2024-00049 to allow for the construction of an 89 foot long retaining wall for a single-family home. The proposed project will disturb approximately 0.80 acres of the combined 612-acre parcels, including 1,152-cubic-yards of cut and fill. The proposed parcel is within the Rural Lands land use category and is located at 4455 Lopez Drive, in the Husana-Lopez Sub-area of the South County Planning Area.
